Returns

Unfortunately, because each product is printed on demand and specifically for you at the time of order, we cannot accept returns.  Using an on-demand fulfillment process means no product goes to waste, and as a non-profit organization, that's important to us.  You can always contact us for any return question at merch@hesedplace.com.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
